Working Areas

We provide external maintenance of wind farms, providing our customers with repair and maintenance of different parts of the turbine choosing the best technical and economic alternative, all under the strictest safety standards.

 

Monitoring of the wind turbines conditions, warranty reports

  • Monitoring the conditions from the ground through powerful telescopes.

  • Inspection of state from height by lifting platforms or rappelling technique.

  • Monitoring photo-damage detection surface and / or structure and use of thermography for detection of internal problems in spades.

Preventive maintenance of wind turbine blades at height

  • Repair small cracks in LE, TE and valves, repair of erosion LE; re-composition of the airfoil and repair of detachments of the external coat of the blade

  • To carry out this work, we employ different lifting equipment such as cranes conventional cranes and our self-propelled platform lifts ALEN brand designed and tailored to the characteristics of the blades.

Corrective maintenance of blade at height

  • As a partner of the leading manufacturers of blades, Alen has been involved in the production tasks on the ground, doing finishing work, final product inspection, verification of the geometry, aero parts, flanges, rods, drain points, SAR system ...

Corrective maintenance with rotor on the ground

  • Descent of the rotor and rotor replacement by another replacement, transfer to the ward and / or conditioned tent, repair of all surface and structural damage (cleaning of the blades, completely healthy, repair of structural damage and total painted surface of the blade) .
